5 T cream cheese, softened
1/2 c mayo
1/2 c sour cream
1 c cheddar cheese, shredded
2 scallions, finely chopped
3/4 c GEORGE’S® Frank’s RedHot®, Old Bay®️, Zatarain’s®,  Spicy or Mild Bloody Mary Mix ( we cooked it down for a few minutes to thicken in a small saucepan)
Romaine lettuce (or lettuce of your choice)
1 lb deli sliced roast beef ( we like Italian)
Flour tortillas (large)

Mix cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, and GEORGE’S® thoroughly. Add cheddar and scallions. Spread a healthy tablespoon on half of the tortilla, place 2 slices of roast beef on top of the George/cream mixture. Place romaine on top of roast beef. Roll tightly, then wrap each roll in plastic wrap. Repeat process with remaining rolls, rolling and wrapping! Refrigerate for at least an hour then cut into 1/2-1 slices. Plate and enjoy! Experiment with different meats and cheeses, have fun with it!
